Common questions
- Can you make a custom piece?
- Yes, and we love to. Tell us the stones, colors, or occasion you have in mind and we'll sketch out a few options and a price before we start.
- How do I find my bracelet size?
- Wrap a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper) snugly around your wrist where you'd wear the bracelet, then add about half an inch for a comfortable fit. Most of our pieces are made to 7 inches unless noted.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders ship from Austin within a few business days. Once it's on the way you'll get a tracking number from Shopify. Custom pieces take a little longer, and we'll give you a timeline up front.
- What if something breaks?
- Cord wears out eventually, especially with daily wear. Send us a photo and we'll restring it for you. We'd rather fix it than see it in a drawer.
